April 16, 2014- Erie police have caught the man they say is responsible for a bank robbery in the city.

Keith Baker, 49, was taken into police custody around 11 pm last night in the 400 block of West 8th Street.
He has not yet been arraigned for the crime.

Baker reportedly robbed the Marquette Savings Bank on Liberty Street just after 12:30p.m. Tuesday.
He demanded money then left on foot West on 34th Street then North on Plum Street.
Police Chief Randy Bowers says he didn't have a weapon and didn't show a note.

Police aren't sure at this time if Baker acted alone; the same bank was robbed on February 25th.
