Preliminary Hearing For Alleged East Erie Turners Shooter

An Erie man accused of shooting another man to death at an Erie club is scheduled to appear in court today.

21-year-old Courtney Harden is charged in the death of 26-year old Rashid Anderson.

Its the first homicide of the new year.

Anderson was fatally shot during a private party at the East Erie Turners building on Parade Street in early January.

Shortly after the incident, Harden turned himself in to police.

Harden is charged with homicide, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering in connection to Andersons death.

He is currently being held without bond.
