After a family looses everything in a fire or an accident it leaves kids and adults dazed and confused,

Getting immediate help, even if it's a care package can help.

A Meadville woman recognized that need and decided to help.

Heather Reichel started Project Human Moment.

Reichel is a Meadville photographer who has taken images of families after disaster strikes.

She has put together several kits in an attempt to give people the necessities they need after disaster strikes.

It includes everything from toothbrushes to toiletries.

Reichel says her intent is to help immediately, even before the Red Cross or other services arrive.
