The festival started back in 1981 and continues this weekend through Sunday with entertainment, food and fun.
The chefs were in the kitchen this morning preparing for tonight pasta fagioli dinner and filling those famous Italian canolis.
Organizers say it's gotten easier over the years, but it's still a lot of work.
The festival wraps up Sunday with the spaghetti dinner.
Organizers say they expect anywhere from 1,300 to 1,400 people, and they've made nearly 5,200 meatballs for the dinner.
