March 5, 2014- A Local elementary school is celebrating “Read Across America Week” with a little help from some special guests.
Our very own Your Weather Authority meteorologist Tom DiVecchio was among one of the many celebrity readers today at Edison School.
It was all part of the school's annual Dr. Seuss day.
Tom read to Mrs. Bell's first grade class.....

And the celebration of Seuss continued today at the Elizabeth Lee Black School at the Barber National Institute.
The school welcomed Erie Mayor Joe Sinnott and newly-elected Erie County Executive Kathy Dahlkemper as guest readers.
The elected officials incorporated iPads into their presentations.
