Sentencing Today for Christopher Noziglia

March 18, 2014- An Erie man is set to be sentenced today for robbing a convenience store last year.

Christopher Noziglia, 44, was apprehended shortly after robbing the the Sunoco station on East 12th and French streets on August 20th of 2013.
Noziglia and 39 year old Toby Sheatz entered the store and threatened the clerk at gunpoint before fleeing the scene on foot.

Noziglia will be sentenced this morning in Judge John Garhart's courtroom.
