Sheatz to be Sentenced Today for Armed Robbery

April 2, 2014-     An Erie man will be sentenced today for robbing a convenience store last year.

Toby Sheatz, 39, and Christopher Noziglia, 44, were apprehended shortly after robbing the Sunoco station on East 12th and French Streets on August 20th of 2013.
The two men entered the store and threatened the clerk at gunpoint before fleeing the scene on foot.
Sheatz will be sentenced this morning in Judge Shad Connelly's courtroom.

Noziglia was sentenced on March 18th for his role in the robbery.
