An Erie teen originally charged as an adult for firing shots at a local swimming pool will be headed back to the juvenile court system.

It was back in June when 16 year old Tyheem Hollingsworth was arrested and charged as an adult for allegedly firing shots at the Roger Young Swimming Pool.

Today at a pre-trial hearing, an Erie County judge granted the request to have him transferred back to the juvenile system.

Hollingsworth is currently out on bond.
