Thomas Scheduled for Trial; Charged with Homicide
AUGUST 15, 2014-- A man accused of shooting and killing his neighbor is scheduled to go to trial. In a formal arraignment today Jason Thomas was charged with homicide, aggregates assault and other charges after officials say he shot and killed Stephon Bibbs back in April. The shooting happened at 1257 East 27th Street. Where police say Thomas lived downstairs and Bibbs lived upstairs. Trial is scheduled for December 8th.
