SafeNet presents TORCH an evening of classic torch songs featuring vocalist’s Lydia Marks and Solitaire Miles. They will be joined onstage by a quartet of jazz stalwarts: Sonny Froman on drums, Howard Hamme on piano, Harry Jacobson on bass and Allen Zurcher on sax.

Special guest vocalists will be 12 year old Corinna Carlotti and SafeNet’s own Tammie Johnson.

The show is being produced by Scott McClelland in the new Neighborhood Partnership Center space with the intent of attracting more artists and arts groups to this new performance venue.

Favorites such as Stormy Weather, Sugar in Your Bowl, Fever and I’ll Be Seeing You will be performed along with standards like I Put a Spell on You, Lush Life, Sleepin’ Bee and Basin Street Blues.

Torch is made possible by generous grants from the Pa Partners in the Arts and Erie Arts & Culture.
