The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and the Erie County Health Department are investigating a white foam found on Cascade Creek.

Following multiple reports of foam on the creek, the Commission and Health Department Officials arrived on the scene to investigate the substance. The Health Department took samples of the foam to find out exactly what it is but officials are still unsure at this time.

Officials say the good news is that the foam does not seem to be dangerous for aquatic life.
