Rep. Kelly to Read Book to Pre-School Children

- U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (PA-03) will be reading a book to pre-school children in New Castle, PA, tomorrow morning, Tuesday, April 15, 2014, as part of the Lawrence County Head Start program, a free federal education program for children ages 3-5 from low-income families.

WHAT: A reading of Stripes of All Types by Susan Stockdale to a classroom of 3-5 year-old children by Rep. Kelly. The book was selected as the official title for the 2014 Pennsylvania One Book, Every Young Child Reading Initiative.
