An Erie man accused of robbing a video game store will be going to trial.
At a preliminary hearing today charges against 26 year-old Antonio Hardy were bound over to court.
The owner of Steel City Games on Peach Street identified Hardy as one of three men who robbed him in January.
The other two suspects have not been apprehended or identified.
The store owner claims he was assaulted and hit in the head during the robbery.
Hardy was returned to the Erie County Prison after failing to post $75,000 bond.
