A new train will make the rounds at Waldameer when the park opens back up this spring.
This brand new train will offer more seats for park visitors who wish to hop aboard and chug along through the ever-growing park.
Paul Nelson, the owner of Waldameer, says, "We're redoing the Comet and having magnetic brakes installed so we can run two cars. We'll double the capacity also of the Wacky Shack, and we're putting in a new children's ride called the Happy Swings."
Nelson says as the customer base grows, they plan to increase the ride capacity to avoid long lines.
