When will "The Big Tony" be refloated?

Many say the half submerged boat is an eyesore

ERIE Pa. - Members of the Port Authority and the U-S Coast Guard are in talks with the owner of "The Big Tony" which is now an eyesore near east Dobbins Landing.

"The Big Tony" is partially submerged and has been that way for several days. The boat belongs to Jerry Mathers, also known as the Last Fisherman. The boat has reportedly been underwater in the past but has been refloated.

Members of the Port Authority  say they're in talks with Mathers to work out the best solution in getting the boat out of the water.
