1 Fresh or frozen bread or pizza dough
1 cup diced cooked chicken
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 Tablespoons basil pesto
1 Tablespoon diced onions
¼ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tablespoons diced sun-dried tomatoes
·Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
·Roll out the bread dough into a 13in X 9in rectangle.
·In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, feta cheese, pesto and onions.
·Spread the chicken mixture down the middle of the bread dough.
·Add mushrooms and dun dried tomatoes on top of the chicken mixture.
·Using a pastry cutter or knife, cut slits along both long edges of the dough…about 2 inches apart.
·Using a cris-cross method, create a braided look…start at the top and alternate the cut edges of the dough to cover the filling.
·Brush to top with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with kosher salt.
·Place bead on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non stick spray.
·Bake 20-25 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
·Cut into slices and serve!
