Chicken Wraps With Peach Salsa

1# cooked chicken
1 cup sliced peaches
½ cup mild picante sauce
¼ cup diced green onions
2 Tablespoons dried cranberries
2 Tablespoons diced red bell peppers
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Flour tortilla shells


· Cut cooked chicken into strips or cubes and set aside.
· Combine all other ingredients in skillet and cook 3-5 minutes or until mixture is hot.
· Add chicken to re-heat, do not overcook as it will make the chicken dry.
· Divide mixture into tortilla shells and wrap tightly, folding in the sides so mixture stays in wrap.
