Chocolate Torte

For those who need to avoid wheat, this flourless dessert will sure to please!

A perfect Valentine's Day treat for ANY day of the year!


1 cup butter or margarine

cup chocolate chips

1 cup sugar

1 cup baking cocoa

6 large eggs

Fresh raspberries

Powdered sugar


     Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

     Grease a 8 inch spring form pan or place a circle of parchment paper on the bottom.

     Melt butter and chocolate chips in microwave or on top of stove and set aside.

     Combine sugar and cocoa and whisk eggs until blended.

     Add to melted chocolate mixture and blend.

     Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

     Allow to cool, remove from pan and top with berries, and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired!
