2 cups crushed graham crackers or cookies (like chocolate, pecan shortbread, vanilla wafers, etc)
cup melted butter or margarine
gallon softened frozen yogurt - any flavor desired
8 oz low fat whipped topping
Berries, nuts, chocolate syrup if desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Crush about 20 cookies with a rolling pin or in a food processor. You will need about 2 cups crushed.
Add cup melted butter and blend until well mixed
Using a springform pan, fill the bottom with the cookie mixture forming a crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and let cool.
Fill the pan with the softened frozen yogurt
Layer after using half of the yogurt with berries, additional cookie crumbs, or nuts if desired
Top with low fat whipped topping
Garnish with additional fruit, cookie crumbs, chocolate sauce or nuts.
Freeze at least 2 hours or overnight
Remove from pan and enjoy!
