FRUIT CRISP WITH YOGURT TOPPING

A healthy fruit crisp packed with whole grains, protein, and essential oils.
Use your favorite fruit but buy adding berries, you increase the powerful antioxidants in your diet!

Ingredients:

Filling:
About 3-4 cups total of your favorite fruit like apples, berries, peaches
cup apple juice
teaspoon cinnamon

Crisp topping:
1 cup old fashioned oats
cup whole wheat flour
cup chopped almonds
cup maple syrup
2 Tablespoons Canola oil
2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds
teaspoon cinnamon

Topping:
Non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

Directions:

     Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
     In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients for the topping and set aside
     In an 9 x 9 inch casserole dish, toss the fruit with apple juice and cinnamon.
     Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the fruit.
     Bake for 45 minutes.
     Serve with yogurt topping.
