7 whole graham crackers, crushed or 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
cup powdered sugar
6 Tablespoons melted butter
2 Hershey candy bars
Marshmallows, cut into half or use mini marshmallows
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and melted butter in a bowl until well blended.
Put 1 Tablespoon of mixture into each mini muffin pan and press down to form a small cup.
Bake for 4-5 minutes at 350 degrees until edges are light brown.
Break Hershey bar into small rectangles while crust is baking.
Once pan is out of oven, place 1 rectangle of chocolate onto each of the graham cracker cups.
Place of large marshmallow or 2-3 mini ones on top of chocolate piece.
Bake in oven for an additional 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly softened.
Once cookies are cool, remove from pans.
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Store in a single layer in air tight container.
