Thanksgiving Leftover Shepherd's Pie

3 cups cooked stuffing
1 pound diced, cooked turkey
1-2 cups carrots, or another leftover vegetable
½ cup gravy
3-4 cups mashed potatoes


· Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
· In a 9 inch pie plate or casserole dish, layer the stuffing, turkey, and vegetables.
· Drizzle with gravy and top with mashed potatoes
· Bake 30-40 minutes or until all ingredients are warmed through and potatoes are golden brown.
