FAIRVIEW, Pa. - After spending the last twenty years as a member of the Fairview High School football program, head coach Jim Brinling announced Saturday via his Twitter page that he has resigned as head coach.
Brinling went 41-37 over his eight seasons leading the Tigers including five postseason appearances.
The Tigers finished the 2017 season with a 40-10 loss to Conneaut Ohio to end the year at 3-6 overall.
Brinling spent 12 seasons as a member of the coaching staff prior to taking over in 2010.
