Julian Blanks- Played basketball for Cathedral Prep from 1993-1998. Blanks was one of the best guards in Ramblers history earning two all-state selections. He recorded 1,102 points during his career at Prep.
Cliff Crosby- Crosby is one of the best football players to have ever played at East High School. He was a multi-sport athlete for the Warriors but his best game by far was football in which he was a defensive back. Crosby enjoyed a five year career playing professionally in the NFL for both St. Louis and Indianapolis.
Nancy Eisenman-Elwell- Eisenman- Elwell has been voice for women in sports over the past two decades with her writing. She is the co-founder of the Erie Women in Sports Banquet.
Brooke Freeburg- Freeburg is one of the best female athletes to come out of the Erie Area. While at Fort LeBoeuf High School she was a multi-sport athlete with raw talent in the game of basketball. A four year starter as a Bison, Freeburg is the only high school player to score more than 2,000 points.
John Leisering- Leisering still has his hand in Erie athletics today working with Mercyhurst College hockey among other jobs. He was Director of Athletics at Mercyhurst from 1986 to 1989 and worked for the school for 23 years.
Andy Schulz- Schulz was another multi-sport athlete in high school at General McLane. He played basketball, and ran both track and cross country. He has since returned to his alma-mater to coach boy's basketball, its a job he has held now for 27 years.
Joe Sholtis- Sholtis like many of the inductees was a multi-sport athlete. He played football, basketball and baseball at Iroquois High School. Sholtis has since become one of the most successful softball coaches in the area at Harbor Creek High School with a .7761 winning percentage.
Roger Sweeting- Sweeting's sports greatness can be traced to his career at Penn State Behrend. While at Behrend he has served as the Athletic Director, Men's soccer coach, baseball coach, men's basketball coach and the coach of the club volleyball team.
Craig Turnbull- Turnbull's success came on the mats as a wrestler at Iroquois High School. It was there he became one of the best with a record of 65-6 all-time. Turnbull now coaches wrestling at West Virginia University and he as been there for 31 years.
Joe Sivak (Deceased)- Sivak was a multi-sport athlete at Apollo High School. His senior year he led the team from the quarterback position to an 8-3 record. He was also a PIAA official for 43 years.
