Orchard Park, NY - Kyle Williams isn't done just yet.
And the Bills already have a new partner for him on the inside of their defensive line.
Buffalo officially announced Williams will return on a 1-year contract Tuesday. Ian Rapoport from NFL.com says the contract is worth six million dollars with five million guaranteed.
In addition, there are multiple reports Sean McDermott is bringing another defensive starter up from Carolina. This time, it's tackle Star Lotulelei.
The contract is thought to be for five years with no word on the money.
Lotulelei was a first round pick by the Panthers in the 2013 draft that the team could not afford to retain after his rookie contract was exhausted.
The stats on Lotulelei are not impressive, but that's not his game. He's a space eater and a guy who can draw double teams, allowing teammates to rack up the numbers.
He's been dependable, missing only four games in five seasons. Lotulelei has 11.5 career sacks, including a three sack game in 2016.
Williams will play his 13th season with the Bills in 2018 and brings a leadership ability that can't overvalued.
He played all 16 games in 2017 for the first time in four seasons. Williams finished with 41 tackles, three sacks and a fumble recovery.
