VIDEO: Penn St. Bounced from B1G Tournament with 63-56 Loss to Gophers

INDIANAPOLIS, IN. -  In the 3rd meeting of the season between Penn State and Minnesota the result was the same as the previous 2 meetings, a Minnesota victory.

The Gophers began the game on a 9-0 run, and despite a valiant effort in the 2nd half, the Nittany Lions fell in the opening round of the B1G Tournament 63-56. 

D.J. Newbill scored 11 of his team-high 16 points in the 2nd half.  Tim Frazier had 11 points for Penn State.
