New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - For the first time in three years, the NBA's Defensive Player of the Year is on the league's first-team All-Defensive squad.

Chicago's Joakim Noah received 105 first-team votes and a total of 223 points to headline the NBA's 2013-14 All-Defensive team. Noah was named the league's Defensive Player of the Year earlier this postseason.

Two years ago Tyson Chandler was named the NBA's Defensive Player of the Year and last year it was Marc Gasol. In both cases, each player was on the second- team All-Defensive squad.

Joining Noah on the first team this year was Indiana's Paul George, Clippers' guard Chris Paul, Oklahoma City's Serge Ibaka and Golden State's Andre Iguodala.

Miami's LeBron James was named to the second team, ending his streak of five straight years on the first team.

Joining James on the second team is Houston's Patrick Beverley, Chicago's Jimmy Butler, San Antonio's Kawhi Leonard and Indiana's Roy Hibbert.
