Visiting animator Martha Gorzycki will present “Outstanding Animated Visions: A Survey of Short Animated Films Produced by Women” at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 6, in the Frank G. Pogue Student Center Scot Cinema at Edinboro University.

The 75-minute screening of international films by women animators and accompanying question-and-answer session are free and open to the public.

Her appearance is part of Women’s History Month programming at Edinboro and is supported by the EU Women’s Studies Committee, the university’s animation program and the StARTup Incubator.

During her visit to Edinboro on Thursday, Gorzycki will speak to animation classes and also is scheduled to present the “Outstanding Animated Visions” program, with a somewhat abbreviated Q&A because of time constraints, at 10 a.m. at the StARTup Incubator, 423 W.
