are encouraged to pay extra attention to their surroundings this week</span>

Roar on the Shore begins Thursday. The parade
route from the casino to Perry
Square will be an area to
take extra precaution. Already in full swing is the Harley-Davidson BikeFest,
so W. 12th Street is
one of the busiest spots for motorcycles this week, especially during rush
hour. As a precaution, signs have been placed along Route 5 near the Harley
dealership, alerting drivers to watch for motorcycles. It's the responsibility
of both drivers on bikes and in
cars to be on the lookout.
Cpl. Anthony Chimera from the Millcreek PD Traffic Division talks about the increase in bike traffic this week in a web extra.
