The district attorneys office is moving forward and charging a woman in the death of her boyfriend, after he was shot in a domestic dispute Monday evening.
Twenty-eight-year-old Kristina Mae Allen is charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, reckless endangering and possessing an instrument of crime.
Allen is accused of fatally shooting her 27-year-old boyfriend Dean Haggerty during an argument in their Summit Township mobile home. Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook ruled Tuesday that Haggerty's cause of death was a single gun shot wound to the chest.
Allen was arraigned this afternoon in McKean before District Justice Denise Stucke.
