SEPTEMBER 17, 2013- An Erie man headed to trial over allegedly robbing another man of his money and car at a fireworks stand is now facing more charges...
This afternoon, 23-year-old Jordan Easter was charged with two counts of intimidation of witnesses and one count of criminal conspiracy to commit intimidation.
Easter is also charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.
Police say Easter and another man took part in the robbery in the parking lot of Walmart at the TNT Fireworks stand earlier this summer.
Charges against Easter have been bound over to trial.
Easter is currently behind bars on 75 thousand dollars bond.
