Firefighters Knock Down East 13th Street Blaze

Damage was kept mostly to the first floor.
January 8, 2014 - A fire worked its way through two stories of a building on East 13th Street.
Around 5:30 pm City of Erie Firefighters were called to 616 East 13th Street where flames had already engulfed a large section of the first floor.
Flames worked their way through the walls to the second floor as well.
It took nearly thirty minutes to extinguish the blaze. No one was hurt in the fire.
