Autumn is right around the corner and leaves on the trees are already starting to transform. It’s about time to rake up that pile of leaves and break out the apple cider. The change will begin now and continue through October. As the leaves change, the peak of the season will be around the first two weeks of October and the leaves will begin to fall around the end of the October. The pigments in the leaves are actually always present. When we see the green we are seeing the Chlorophyll which helps the trees produce food.
