ORANGE GLAZED SALMON
Packed with Omega 3 fats and Vitamin D, wild caught pacific salmon is a great choice of a protein food to help boost your immune system during cold and flu season and ANYTIME of the year!
2-4 Salmon filets, wild caught preferred
cup orange juice
3 Tablespoons orange marmalade
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
teaspoon lemon pepper
teaspoon minced ginger
Heat oven to 350F.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray foil with non-stick coating.
Place salmon on foil and bake for 15 -20 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Do not overcook.
Place all other ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring with a whisk to combine.
Pour orange glaze over salmon and serve.
