SOUTH BEACH WHITE FISH
A healthy entree for those in a hurry! Mild white fish... like tilapia... cooks in a zesty sauce for a low calorie, healthy start to the new year!
White fish filets 3-4 filets
cup chopped green onions
cup white wine
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Mix all of the ingredients, except for the fish, in a small bowl.
Heat a large skillet on medium high heat and spray pan with non stick spray.
Add fish and contents of bowl to skillet.
Cook fish 3-5 minutes on each side or until flakey
Serve with your favorite vegetables!
