Suspect Arrested in East 24th Street Robbery

One man is cleared another is charged in a July 3rd robbery
July 26, 2013-

Erie Police went to Painesville, Ohio Thursday, and came back with a suspect in a robbery.

39 year old Robert Anthony Turner is in the Erie County Prison charged with a long list of offenses ranging from robbery to terroristic threats in connection with the robbery of an East 24th street home July 3.

During that robbery, police say one of the suspects held a gun on a one year old child as he demanded money.

Turner was identified as a suspect in the robbery and charged on July 9 according to court records.

According to police more suspects have been identified, and more arrests will follow.

Earlier today a previous suspect, 28 year old Kim Sparks was cleared of all charges and released.
