The Venango County teenager who has admitted to murdering his grandmother and her husband was formally arraigned in court today.
Fourteen-year-old Zachary Proper was formally arraigned on homicide charges in the Venango County Courthouse this afternoon.
In July, the judge ruled Proper should stand trial as an adult for the killings of George and Dorothy Fross in Sandycreek Township in October of 2012.
Proper is being held in the Venango County jail without bond.
