We caught up with the folks at PennDOT to find out how you can beat the snow.
If you plan on hitting the roads tomorrow, be careful!

If you must travel, here are some tips.
PennDOT officials say to slow down and increase your following distance. And remember, if you can't see the mirrors on the plows, the plow operator cannot see you.
And when it comes to keeping the roads clean, PennDOT has you covered.
Seventy-six truck operators in Erie County are ready to work around the clock this weekend for whatever Mother Nature sends our way.
And now PennDOT is equipped with a new tow plow which has the ability to plow two lanes at once.
As the name suggests, it's a snow plow that's towed behind a truck with the plow you're used to seeing in the front.
It's the first of it's kind to come to this part of Pennsylvania.
It's stationed in Crawford County, but if necessary, PennDOT will bring it up to Erie County.
