An Erie county judge ruled that the 26-year-old had violated the terms of her probation in the 2007 child endangerment case.
She was sentenced this morning to serve one to five years in state prison in the drowning case and another nine to 18 months for the theft charges.
Steward was initially sentenced in 2008 to serve up to 23 months in prison after pleading guilty to endangering the welfare of two toddlers who drowned in a pond while in her care.
