Some local celebrities doing their part to serve the community on Wednesday.

Two of JET 24’s own — Briaunna Malone and Rick Liebel — were behind the bar for a good cause. An enthusiastic crowd was on hand at The Brewerie at Union Station for an event that was part of a fundraising effort for SafeNet.

SafeNet advocates for victims of domestic abuse in all facets, from interdiction to getting through the road to recovery.
