David Belmondo is the weekend anchor of JET 24 Action News and FOX 66 New First at 10.
Dave joined the JET 24 team in October of 2003. He spent the previous 10 years at the CBS affiliate in Erie before moving on to JET 24/FOX 66.
Dave started his media career in radio in 1976. He worked in radio in Sarasota, Florida for several years before becoming the news director of WLKK radio in 1991.
Dave is listed in the 1980 edition of the Guinness Book Of World Records as the “World’s Most Durable Disc Jockey”. He spent 2016 hours (83 days) playing music non-stop. Sleeping consisted of 20 minute *naps*.
Dave lives in Girard with his wife Leslie. They are the parents of three children, Gennica, D.J. and Brent, all currently serving in or veterans of the US Air Force.
