Tiarra Braddock was born and raised in Saginaw, MI. She moved to Ann Arbor, MI when she was 14 and that’s when she discovered her passion for news.

Tiarra went on to study journalism at Ithaca College and that’s where she learned the ins and outs of the industry. She was a reporter for the Ithaca College Television show “NewsWatch.” ICTV is the longest running, student-run television station in the country.  Ithaca is also the alma mater of ABC’s David Muir.

After graduating from Ithaca College in May of 2017, Tiarra began her career as a Reporter and Multimedia Journalist at WNEM TV5 in her hometown of Saginaw, MI. Tiarra was thrilled to be back in her old stomping grounds and she covered a wide variety of topics while at TV5, including the Flint Water Crisis.

Tiarra is excited to continue her career at JET 24 and FOX 66.  When she is outside the newsroom, she likes to eat frozen yogurt and bake at home.
