Breaking: County Executive Kathy Dahlkemper announced in a news conference today that she is issuing a stay at home order for Erie County.

That order will go into effect at 12:01 a.m. March 25, 2020 and will last until April 6th.

Dalhkemper also announced the 5th case of COVID-19 in Erie County.
