Crawford County Sheriff’s Office confirms seven positive cases of COVID-19 among staff

An area sheriff’s office has seven confirmed COVID-19 cases within its staff.            

According to the Meadville Tribune, Crawford County Sheriff Dave Powers says several deputies and one support staff have tested positive as of Friday.

Only deputies and staff with no exposure or who have tested negative are working in a limited capacity.

The adult probation office will be assisting the sheriff’s office in the meantime.
