No in-person hearings at county courthouse until Jan. 4

President Judge John Trucilla has issued another court order due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This time it means no in-person hearings from Nov. 30 through Jan. 4. Those hearings will take place via telecommunication.

However, there are exceptions including bail hearings, warrants and emergency motions, among others.

Judge Trucilla calls it an effort to keep the community and courthouse staff safe. You can view the order below:
