A school bus driver for Erie Rise Leadership Academy Charter School has been arraigned after being accused of sexual assault by a student.

Peter Boose, 61, was arraigned Thursday on charges including statutory sexual assault, institutional sexual assault and corruption of minors.

A 14-year-old student is accusing Boose of sexually assaulting her while at an away basketball game in December.

Boose’s bond is set at $75,000.
