(WJET/WFXP/YourErie.com)– Sustained strong winds and severe weather across Erie and Crawford Counties Saturday resulted in trees and powerlines from around the area being down. Here are some of the results.

Multiple trees and power lines were downed in Waterford with one starting a brush fire.

Winds in North Springfield Township were so strong that the pictured tree was uprooted and fell on a nearby house.

Hail was also coming down as part of the severe weather leaving some roadways looking like the one above.
