$160,000 secured to improve Corry water system

The water system in the city of Corry will see major improvements thanks to a new state grant.

State Rep. Curt Sonney announced Wednesday that the Commonwealth Financing Authority approved a $160,000 state grant for water system improvements in Corry.

The city will use the funding to replace pumps, install leak detection systems and other improvements to wells.
