An arrest has been made in a Sunday shooting that left an Erie man wounded in the foot.
19-year-old Damani Robinson faces two counts of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and weapons charges. According to police, Robinson shot a 20-year-old man in the foot during a dispute in the 1900 block of Myrtle Street.
Officers encountered the suspect Monday morning in the 1800 block of Chestnut Street. Police say he and another 19-year-old started running when police pursued them, both tossing handguns.
Police say Robinson had gotten away, but turned himself in last night.
