3 charged for running meth lab in McKean

Three people from McKean are facing charges after a meth lab was discovered.

Judge Paul Manzi arraigned Katherine Platz, Romona Platz and Matthew Annick on multiple charges including operating a meth lab, possession with intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of children after a meth lab was found in the 4000  block of North Main Street in McKean.

Two children were found in the home.

Bond for Katerine Platz and Romona Platz is set at $50,000 each, while Annicks’ bond is $55,000.

All three are in Erie County Prison.

A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 25
